Rather than teaching a set of generic classics, Bayedy takes you inside the thinking behind Primero’s own cocktails.
You’ll learn to choose the right spirit, build flavour and balance, understand sweetness, liqueurs and aperitifs – and why technique matters for the final result.
Along the way, you’ll make and taste four exclusive Primero cocktails, each with its own focus, so you leave with an understanding of how to think like a professional bartender – not just how to follow a recipe.
