Grilled young rooster breast with Spanish ratatouille and a sauce of grilled red pepper – served with oven-baked potatoes and a sauce seasoned with tarragon & olives
“Snickers Dessert” – one of the house’s signature desserts, consisting of peanut butter parfait ice cream with meringue & salted caramel
